Where do you ship your face masks from?

We ship our face masks from Melbourne, Australia.

We pack and ship orders daily to get them in the Australia Post system as soon as possible. 

What are your shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping options:

Regular Australia Post:

  • FREE regular tracked shipping on orders of $25 or more in Australia.
  • $4.95 regular tracked shipping on orders less than $25 in Australia. 
  • $20 regular tracked shipping to New Zealand. 

Express Australia Post

  • FREE express post on all orders of $100 or more in Australia. 
  • $12 express post on orders less than $100 in Australia. 
  • All express post options come with a tracking number. 

What are your delivery times?

We pack and ship orders daily to get them in the Australia Post system as soon as possible.

Please note that Australia Post has suspended its express shipping guarantee due to Covid-19, however state that it is still faster than regular post.

We find that generally, items are taking 1-2 weeks to arrive by regular post however please check the Australia Post website for specific details.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, fabric masks are not returnable or exchangeable if you change your mind.

This includes where the mask matches the description and size guide, but you changed your mind or had not taken measurements of the wearer.

In the unlikely event of a face mask having a damage or a defect, please do not use the face mask and email us at to resolve the issue.

If you have a right to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, we will honour it.
